Push Press (35kg)
Squat Jump
Thruster (12.5kg)
Rower (max calories)

Meant to record reps for each exercise and cals from the rower, this is only really possible if you have someone else to count for you. Since it was two of us training at the same time, the counting went by the wayside after the first round. Still workout totally smashed both of us regardless of rep count.
