50 Jumping Pullups
50 KB Swings (16kg)
50 Walking Lunges
50 Situps
50 Push Press (20kg)
50 Deadlift (20kg)
50 Thrusters (15kg)
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders

bn - am run 12:45sec

pm - 25:58. most exercises were okay except the burpees which were absolute murder.
