3 Rounds for Time :-

50 Squats
7 Muscle-ups
10 Cleans (each arm, 24kg KB)


Finisher
3x5 Turkish get-ups (16kg KB)

absolutely bombed out on the time for this one, 30min 42sec, the muscle-ups totally destroyed the time, well more the muscle up attempts. Knocked out 4 in the first round, then the rest had to be subbed 3-1 pullups/dips. Did attempt muscle ups numerous times each round but just couldnt get over transition
