8:52 using 2x16kg kettlebells, pretty happy with this time, tho plenty of room for improvement with the time on the pull ups
11:07 for this session with ring rows instead of pullups, plenty of room for improvement by not wasting time hanging from the rings, thinking I am either going to spew or pass out, and loathing the remaining reps
