EDT Kettlebell Session
max reps in time of each exercise

Zone 1 - 20mins
1 Arm kettlebell press (16kg)
Chinups

Zone 2 -15mins
Kettlebell swing (24kg)
1 Arm floor press (16kg)

Was the first time out for the EDT session, definately reckon could push harder for some bigger #'s next time, particularly pullups and floor presses
